Neal is an Associate Attorney at Chernoff Vilhauer with a focus on patents, copyrights, artificial intelligence, and technology transfer and licensing.  His expertise spans a wide range of industries, particularly excelling in cases involving electrical and computer engineering, software, and similar inventions.

Neal graduated magna cum laude from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2022, and holds a degree in electrical engineering from the Maseeh School of Engineering and Computer Science at Portland State University.  This unique combination of technical expertise in electrical engineering and legal acumen allows him to approach intellectual property matters with a comprehensive understanding of the innovations he protects.
